2012 Meetings

Dear TCBRTC Members and Friends,

Plans are now complete for our February meeting and educational program to be held in Three Rivers next week, Tuesday, February 28.
Our hosts for the day are the Three Rivers Chamber of Commerce, City of Three Rivers and Kurt House, owner of Mission Sin Caja.
Please plan to join us for coffee at 9:30 am at the Three Rivers City Hall located at 105 N. Harborth Avenue/Highway 281 in downtown Three Rivers.

Our business meeting will follow immediately at 10:00 am.

At 10:30 am, we'll board vans, provided by the Live Oak County Boys/Girls Club, that will take us to beautiful Mission Sin Caja in western Live Oak County.

Following our tour of Mission Sin Caja, we'll return to the Three Rivers City Hall for a barbecue lunch compliments of the Three Rivers Chamber of Commerce and Sowell's Barbecue.  Immediately after lunch, we'll watch a video produced by Kurt House, "Legend of Sin Caja Mesa", and hear Mr. House's story about the Mission.

If we have any unfinished business from the morning meeting, we'll wind it up after Mr. House's program.
A detailed agenda plus the January financial reports will be sent to you in the next few days.
If you are able to join us for a tour of this reproduction of an 18th century Spanish mission, please RSVP to me by Friday of this week, February 24.  Also, be sure and let me know if you will be staying for lunch.

Thanks, Nancy
