South Texas

Home to King Cotton, Robstown was first named for Robert
Driscoll, Jr., "Rob's Town". The town boasts the first cotton
gin, the Brendle Gin, built in 1910 or 1911. Robstown also owns
the Mrazek Plow, an invention enabling south Texas to become an
agricultural center.
